The wheeled frame carries, a vertical brush consisting of fiber 7 at right angles to the frame 1 by clip 10' piercing the brush and embracing the bars of the frame and provided with clip plates 11 and cross bolts 12.7 The clip plates are securedto the sides of the approximately U-shaped clip 10 by nuts 13 or the ends of the sides of the clips may be clenched, against the clip plates. v i The cross bolt 12 which is provided. with a nut 14 is adapted to cause the sides of the clip 10 to engage tightly the f-rame'bar embraced by it. 1

\Vhat is claimed is: v

1. A device ofthe class described including a wheeled frame, a vertical. brush mounted on the wheeled frame at One side thereof and projecting[laterally therefrom, a vertical feed pipe provided with branch t'uhes extending to the said brush and a receptacle carried by theamper end of the feed pipe.

2. A device of the class described i'nclu'd-' ing a portable frame. an upright laterally projecting'brush carried by the frame. means for supplying the brush with a liquid and a runner or shoe lo-ated at and supporting the lower end of the brush.

3. A device of the class described including a portable frame. an upright brush carried by the frame, a'vertical feed pipe connected with the. brush and provided with branch pipes for supplying liquid to the said brush, and a runner having lugs or flanges located at opposite sides of the lower end of t the feed pipe and provided with means for clamping the same. i

4. A device of the class described includmg a frame provided at. the front with a steering wheel having a handle, an upright brush secured to the frame, a handle secured to the frame, said brush extendin laterally from the frame. a runner supporting the lower end of the brush and means for supplying the. brush \\'ll'll a liquid.
