This invention has for its object the improvement of apparatus for the sterilization by ozone of all liquids and principally of water.
These improvements relate to the apparatus in which the ozonized air is drawn into the mixing or sterilizing tank by the liquid to be sterilized and more particularly con cern the arrangement of the injectors placed at the base of the mixing tank and the arrangement of safety devices interposed between the ozonizerand the injectors.

If the reservoir n were omitted, and the pipes 70, 7c were connected directly together, the vacuum maintained in these pipes by the action of the injector would draw the water back into the ozonizer hit, for any reason,- the pump 6 should -cease to operate. But with my improved arrangement, if the pump ceases toope'rate, the vacuum will draw the liquid into the reservoir 11.. This will destroythe vacuum in this reservoir suficiently to allow the valve ,0 to open by gravity, and the liquid will flow off into a suitable discharge pipe 79. In this way the liquid is prevented from flowing into the ozonizer h.
My invention is not limited to the particular embodiment" shown herein, but obviously many changes may be made in the structure shown, without departing from the spirit of the invention.
What I claim is:
