To all whom it may concern: Be it known that I, RALPH C. Rnicinnx, a cit-izen ot' the United States, residing at Troy, county of Rensselaer and State at 5 New York, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Soft Fohl-(Iollars,

of which the following is a specification.

Theprincipal object of the invention to support in proper relative relation, the hand and the foldecl-over top of a soft fold-collar.

Other objects will appear in connection with the following description.
