aoN, a citizen of the United States of America residing at Fitchburg, in the county of WVorcester and State of Massachusetts, have invented an Improvement in Attachments for Saw-Frames, of which the following is a specification.
The invention relates to attachments for saw frames, more particularly for skeleton frames such as employed for hack-saws, to facilitate their better manipulation, and it consists of a forked portion to extend over and embrace the frame bar, with means such as a screw to pass through the two branches of the fork and clamp it to the frame bar, a lug or finger extending substantially parallel to the branches of the fork, and engaging the frame bar in opposition to the clamping means, and a thumb rest extending out from the attachment to aid in maintaining a firm grip upon the saw frame and facilitate its v Specification of Letters Patent.

I claim An attachment for saw frames consisting of a forked portion to embrace the frame bar, means to clamp the forked portion to the frame, a projecting lug to engage the frame in opposition to said clamping means, and a thumb rest extending outward from the attachment.
