BUBBLE-MKING *MACHINE Application led June 27, 1914. Serial No. 847,625.
To a?? whom it may concern.'
Be it known that I, Es'rnN Bierman, a citizen of the United Sltates,I residing at No. 400 West Fifty-eighth street, in the borough of Manhattan, city of New York7 State `ot New York, have invented a new and useful Bubble-Making Machine, of which the following is a specification.
My invention relates to improvements in hiihhle making machines and the object ofV my invention is to produce bubbles in large quantities of a very dry nature in any size desired ior display and theatrical illusions or other purposes.
.throughout the several views.
The pipe A is the source of gaspressure supply, the tank B is a suitable container in a convenient form. The gas pressure coming through the pipe A distributes under the pei*- t'orated false bottom C and flows up through the numerous small .openings in it up past and through the soap D in small cakes Specification of Letters Patent.

about one inch .by one inch by one fourth ot an inch forming biihbles in the water E as it passes through it. When the run is over and the pressure shut off the water runs down into the bottom of the tank and is drawn off through the valve or drain cock F.
In operation the pressure is first turned on and thereafter the soap placed above the false bottom so as to cover it in a single ,layer of small pieces then the water placed ni. the tank above the false bottom and by regulating the temperature ot' the water the A amount ot it and the pressure of the gas any size bubbles desired are produced by this machine in large quantities of so dry a nature that they leave noiappreciable dampiiess regardless ot' the quantity.
The soap D may be any ordinary soapV which will iiiake a lather.
I claim: v v
The combination in a bubble making machine of a tank or suitable container having a false bottoni with a plurality of small holes therein, means for introducing conipressed air beneath said false bottom, and a solution ol" bubble making properties maintained above such false bottom, all substantially as set forth.
