I do not limit myself to the exact construction shown, as variations may be made therefrom without departing-from my invention, the spirit of which is commensurate With my claims.
- 1. The combination of a jacket having the general form of'a vase, a stem extending through said jacket, a lamp mounted upon saidstem and located above said vasein order to illuminate surrounding objects,
and a water tank fitted into said jacket and engaging said stem, said tank being removable from said jacket independently of the presence of said stem and said lamp.
2. The combination of a jackethaving the general form of a vase, a tubular stem extending through said jacket, an electric lamp carried by said stem and located above the top of said vase in order to illuminate surrounding objects, electrical conductors extending through said stem' to said lamp. and a-Water tank fitted into said tank and engaging said stem so as to brace the same, said tank being removable from said jacket independently of the presence of said stem and said lamp.
3. A combined vase and lamp stand comprising a- Wickerwork jacket, a'pair of water tanks mated to each other and fitted into said jacket, said water tanks having abutting faces provided With semi-tubular portions', a tubular stem extendingthrough said "Copies of this patent may be obtained for wickerwork jacket and between said tanks so as to fit into said semi-tubular portions, electric lamps carried by said stem, and electrical conductors extending through said tubular stem to said lamps, for supplying current thereto.

5. A combined vase and lamp stand, comprising a jacket having the general outward form of a vase, a plurality of tanks removably fitted into said jacket and provided severally with portions which fit together and collectively form a virtual tube, said tanks being adapted to hold water and support flowers, a stem extending through said jacket and supported independently of said tanks but braced by said tube when said tanks are in position. within said jacket, and a lamp carried by said stem.
