SETH HOPKINS, OF NAPOLEON, AOHIO.
IMPROVEMENT IN CHIMNEYS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 115,961, dated June 13, 1871.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, SETE HoPKrNs, of Na poleon, in the county of Henry and State of .0hio, have invented a new and valuable Improvement in Chimneys; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description of the construction and operation of the same, reference being had to the annexed drawing making a part of this specication, and to the letters and gures of reference marked thereon.

' My invention relates to chimneys; land con- -sists in forming them in sections or rings superposed uponone another7 and keyed together in such'a manner as to prevent them from becoming separated.
The letter A of the drawing designates a section of my chimney. It may be rectangular, circular, or of any other form in horizontal section, and is usually made of cast-iron or clay.
