State of Kansas, and Kansas City, county of Jackson and State of Missouri, have in vented certain [new and useful Improvements in Cigarette-Cases, of which the following is a specification.

This invention relates to pocket cigarette cases and our object is to provide a device of this character having a cigarette ejectment opening, means for automatically disposing the cigarettes in the box successively opposite said opening, and means whereby the cigarette opposite said opening maybe prO ected partway through said opening so that 't may be conveniently withdrawn without the necessity of opening the case.

A further object is to produce a case of this character of simple, strong, durable, compact and cheap construction.

To these ends the invention consists in certain novel and peculiar features of construction and organization as hereinafter described and claimed; and in order that it may be'fully understood, reference is to be had to the accompanying drawing in which Figure 1, is a perspective view of a cigarette case embodying our invention.
