IMPROVEMENT IN THE MANUFACTURE OF BROOMS.
The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent-and making part of the's'ame.
To all whom it 'mayl concern Be it known that I, EzuA l). MARBLE, of Suffolk Centre, in the county of Worcester and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new and valuable Improve` ment in the Manufacture of Brooms; and I flohereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description of the construction and operation of the same, reference being had to the annexed drawing making apart of this specifica-tion, and to the letters and gures of reference marked thereon.

In the manufacture ofbrooms and brushes, the' utilization of the cortical envelope of the broom-corn stalk, substantially as specified.
