The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the lame.
To all whomit 'may concerns Be it known that I, ROBERT BROWN, of Columbus,
in the county of Lowndes and State of Mississippi,
have invented a. -new and improved Churn-Dasher'; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof', which will 'enable others skilled in the art to make and use the same, reference being. had to the accompanying drawing forming part ot' this specification.
This invention relates to improvements in .churndashers, and consists in a wide ring of metal, with two sets of oblique bars traversing the space within the ring in a way to be very. etlcient in agitating the cream, as hereinafter specified.
Figure 1 is a sectional elevation of my improved dasher, and p Figure 2 is a. top view of the same.
Similar letters of reference indicate corresponding parts.
A is the wide metal ring.
B is a; set of bals arranged across the space of the ring at one end, parallel to each other, but obliqnely to the axis of the dasher, the planes of the said bars being in a zig-zag line, with intervals between the edges.
C is another set of transverse bars, similarly arranged, at the other end of the ring, and perpendicularly to the-set B, as clearly shown in the drawing.
