IMPROVEMENT IN SAFETY-SWIVELS.
The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the Sme.
To alla-710m 'it may concern Be itknowu that I, RICHARD kicuAnns, of'Alhany, in the county otl Albany and State oi" New York, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Safety-Swivel for Chains; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable others skilled in the art to make and use the sani-e, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming part oi' this specification, in which- Figure l is a sido vicw ot' my swivel.
