IMPROVEMENT IN FLUTING-MACHINES.
The Schedule referred to in these Letters :Patent and making part of the same.

The advantages of this construction are, the rollers can he held in one hand while in use, and he operated with the other in places, positions, under circumstances, and on material, Sac., to Whichthe usual frarnes and stands forbid their application.
