To all whom it may 'concern Be it known that l', FRANKLIN B. BREM- ErcM-An, a citizen of the United States, residing at Indianapolis, in the county of Marion und, State of Indiana, have invented a new and useful Internal-Combustion Engine, ot'rwhich the following is u speoiiczb tion.
It is the object of my invention to control the inlet and exhaust 'of engines by meains whioh is posiiiie. accurate and quiet in operation., und which at the same time is comparatively" simple and inexpensive in construction.

The sleeves 16 and 17 are pr vided :it their lower ends with gear segments 56 and 57 respectively.
