The main frame is made up of a pair of parallel angle bars 1, 2', properly bolted together to form the front-bar of the frame, side angle bars 8, 4,'which are loosely pivoted toswing horizontally on vertical bolts 5, 6, to plates 7, 8, bolted tothe front bar. The rear ends ofthese side angle bars 3, 4, are in turn ivoted to swing horizontally by bolts 9, 10, o the flattened ends of the,"rea'r cross barll. In this way, a main frame of rigid members is provided, adapted to swing laterally on vertical pivots at the four corners of the frame. In adiskharrow, the combination with front and rear gang frames, of a main frame, to which. the gang frames are pivotally secured said main frame comprisinga front and a irear transverse bar, with rigid-side barspiv oted to the front bar to swing ina horizontal plane, with means for holding ,the main frame normally rigid, whereby the main frame will swing aterally under side v strains in turning corners with out afiecting' the rigidity of the main frame during the forward pro ressof the machine.
