Be it known that- I, Josmrr M. Smu'sos, of the city of Oshkosh, in the county ofWinnebago and State of \Viseonsin, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in parlor grindstones; and I do hereby declare that the ihllowiug is a full, clear, and
