To all whom-it may concern I Be it known that I,'ALExANnEnMmDLEBnooK, of Glasgow, in the county of Howard and State of Missouri, have invented'n new and improved Guide for Circular Saws; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof', which will enable others skilled in the art to make and use the same, reference being had to 'the accom-v pany-ing drawing forming part otl this specification, in which- The drawing represents a plan or top view of my improved saw-guide. l This invention relates to a new. guide for circular saws, which is so constructed that the pinscan be simultaneously moved in the same direction, without requiring to be directly handled. AThe hands of at -tendants will thereby be kept from dangerous contact The guide` is provided with a projecting' shank, b, which is fitted into agrooved portion of the plate A, the groove being formed by projecting libs c c, ns indicated in the drawing.Y

Aunt, E, is fitted around the screw D, between the lugs d, as shown.
By turning the nut the screw will be transversely moved over the plate A, and will carry the' shank b and guide B with it. The guide-pills are thereby-set by turning the nut, and need not be touched by the attendant.
