. Be'itknown that we, FRED W. BAUER and fKnurrmv, citizens of the United county of Milwaukee,and State of Wisconsin, have invented new and useful Improvements in Paper Boxes for Liquids, of which the following is a speciicatlon.
Qur invention relates to improvements in paperboxes for liquids.
The object of our invention is to provide a form of box havin a sealed closure and adapted to be used -or containin liquids, whereby the same mayserve for bottles and other liquid containing receptacles which have heretofore been usually composed of glass or metal.

In the following description,reference is had to the accompanying drawings, in which- Figure 1 is an elevation of our improved receptacle. Like parts are identified by the same reference characters throughout the several views.
The side and bottom walls of our improved receptacle are formed from a substantially square sheet of aper having projecting tongues d in the mlddle of each side, and having a square section of its camels cut out as shown at f in Fig. 6. This sheet of paper is subdivided by creasesor diagonal folding lines 1, into four equal parts connected with each other by a square central ortion e, which central portion e forms the bottom of the receptacle 'when the latter is completed. The sections b b and c c between any two sections a, are thus folded upon one of such sections a, and as there are four sections a, each may thus receive one set of the sections b b and o c', as shown in Fig. 5.
