To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that l, ROBERT H. HAZARD, a citizenof the UnitedStates, residing at llashington, in the District of Columbia, have invented certain new and useful Inipi'ovenients in Toys; and4 l do hereby de- Clare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same, reference being had to theaccoinpanying drawings, and to the letters and figures of reference marked thereon, which form a part of this specification.
This invention relates to new and useful improvements in toys and consists essentially in the provision of an inflatable envelop with a tube connectedtherewith and adapted to be fastened upon t-helapel of a coat or other object and having upon the surface ot the envelop a picture or any suitable wording and so arranged that a person may conveniently inflate the device by blowing through the tube, thus displaying clearly the picture ory wording.
