My invention relates to mouth pieces for telephones and has for its object to provide a mouth piece made of porcelain or other similar material which forms a perfect nonfA conductor, isreadily and easily kept clean and antiseptic and further is not readily broken or chipped. l

A further objectof my invention is to combine said mouth piece with aimetallic attachingdevice in a simpleand effective manner so that the saidinouth piece may be securely and yet removably fastened to'the telephone proper.

My invention will be full described here-V inafter and the features o novelty will be pointed out in the ap ended claims.
