To all whom it may concern" Be it known that I, JAMES ARXOLD Borrm, :1 subject of the King of England, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Surgical instruments, of which the following is a description.

My invention belongs to that class of de- .ices known as surgical instruments and relates particularly to an instrument aiilupted for use in ciroumcising operations and the like, am has for its object the production of a sim 1e, efficient, convenient and satisfac tory c evice of the kind described and for the purposes set forth.

To this end my invention consists in the novel construction, arrangement, and eomhination of parts herein shown and described, and more particularly pointed out in the claims.
