Abstract

The invention relates to functional diagnostics and cardiology, in particular to a method of heart functional status estimation on the basis of analysis of ECG form and heart rate variability, estimation of average ECG form and random order derivatives thereof by means of amplitude-time parameters and integrals, areas of all elements of ECG curve, coefficients of curve fitting with mathematical functions, as well as parameters obtained on the basis of mathematical transformations wherein the current heart status is compared with reference one, and interval is determined to which value of each of current heart status parameters belongs, each of parameters is estimated by 4-digit scale: 0, 1, 2, 3 scores, diagnostic criterion (DC) is calculated by averaging the score sum per number of mentioned parameters, and by DC value the absence of disorders or degree of heart functional status disorders is determined.
