Condensate is supplied from the storage into the evaporator of low-boiling substance, where it is cooled due to boiling of the low-boiling substance. The cooled condensate in evaporator is returned into the storage where it is mixed with hot condensate, and the condensate is supplied into the cooler of converter gas through deaerator finishing of the evaporative cooling cycle.
