Abstract
Saturators for the sugar industry is made as a cylindrical body with extended top and conical bottom and fitted with rubber insert inside. The body forms a sealed chamber with pipes to supply and withdrawal from it carbonation gas in the lower part of the saturator and remove it from the top of the machine. It has pipes for supplying sugar solution into the top of the saturator and processed for removal solution with its lower part through the overflow box. Rubber insert saturator consisting of 3-6 sealed chambers which are connected with the distributor for sequential carbonation gas supply separately in each of the chambers.
