Abstract
A saturator for sugar industry is made in the form of a cylindrical housing with an expanded upper part and a cone bottom, with sockets for sugar solution supply in the saturator upper part and for removing of treated solution from its lower part through an overflow box, and with the socket for saturation gas supply into the cone part of saturator and its removing from above. A piece of rubber is located inside the cylindrical part and cone bottom, which is fixed from above along the perimeter above the juice level to the inner surface of saturator cylindrical housing, and from below – to the cone bottom above the sockets for supply of saturation gas, in conjunction forming sealed box.
