The invention relates to the construction of a track structure, in particular to intermediate rail braces. An intermediate rail brace comprises a rail (1), a reinforced concrete tie (2), metal shim (3) and fastening bolts (4) and holes (5). According to the invention the metal shim (3) that is placed on the reinforced-concrete tie (2) is equipped with two shaped holders (6) the inner profile of which corresponds to the profile of the rail base (1). The shaped holders (6) are arranged asymmetrically with respect to the axes of the metal shim (3), the parallel facets (8) of the shaped holders (6) have distance one from another that provides free pass of the rail base (1), and fixation holes (5 and 9) of the metal shim (3) for control of width of rail track through its turn by 180 degrees are arranged at different distances from the cross axle (10) by value of calculated eccentricity, and one of the holes is in round shape (9), the other (5) is oval, with large radius of oval that is equal to distance between the centers of the holes (5 and 9).
