Abstract
A method of supercritical extraction of organic substances includes action on a prepared raw material by a flow of main extractant and co-solvent, electrostatic filtration, separation of the extract, heating micelles, and after extraction of raw material and electrostatic filtration of micelles they are dehydrated, then dehydrated micelles are subject to electrostatic filtration, directed to separation of the extract and after separation first is carried out the condensation and separation of co-solvent, and then the gaseous main extractant is removed for liquefaction and re-use, which is performed using a plant comprising at least one pump, an extractor and a separator, a storage tank for liquid extractant, connecting pipes, electrostatic filters, electroinduction heating coils, and the output of the extractor is connected to a dehumidifier, and the dehumidifier output is connected to the separator, where the output of the separator is connected to the co-solvent condenser, which is equipped with a cooling jacket connected to a cooling circuit.
