Abstract
The invention relates to the medicine, namely to oncourology and sexopathology and may be used for predicting the course of prostate cancer. The method comprises the measurement of the relative volume of cancer and the assessment of its malignancy grade. The content of the prostate specific antigen in the blood is also measured. Finally, the progression index is calculated according to the formula.
