Abstract

A method for development of mineral beds or rests thereof in dumps of industrial or other human activity according to which the minerals are subjected to action of thermal energy up to state of aggregate transformation. Thermal energy is obtained from source of nuclear radiation that is placed in a closed container. The container is made of material that is impermeable for radiation and by refractoriness exceeds temperatures of phase transition of substances that are developed. The container is placed in zone of bedding of minerals. Power of the nuclear radiation source in balanced way is selected from condition of sufficiency of thermal energy for phase transition of the minerals or other substances.
