Abstract

The invention relates to by-product coking industry. Disclosed is a device which can receive red-hot coke while mounting a conveyance bucket on a bucket truck and turning only the conveyance bucket, and is applicable even to a small coke furnace. The red-hot coke receiving device comprises a coke conveyance bucket (13) equipped with a discharge gate (11) in the bottom and having a conical portion (12) on the underside, and a suspension frame mechanism (15) equipped with an outer frame section (14) surrounding the conical portion (12) of the conveyance bucket (13), a hoist function of the conveyance bucket (13) and an open/close function of the discharge gate (11) of the conveyance bucket (13). When a bucket is hoisted, the discharge gate (11) abuts against the lower surface of the conical portion (12) to lift the conveyance bucket (13), and, when it is mounted on a bucket truck (44), the outer frame section (14) lowers and a suspension roller (40) secured to the outer frame section (14) separates from the recess (39) of door hook member (38) so that the conveyance bucket (13) can be rotary driven independently of the suspension frame mechanism (15). The outer frame section (14) of the suspension frame mechanism (15) located on the opposite sides of the frame mechanism (13) is contained in the conical portion (12).
