Abstract

A device for smelting of the welding melting fluxes contains two working chambers connected together by a duct, and graphite electrodes. The working chambers are executed in the form of devices for melting of welding fluxes. The first working chamber is executed in the form of a separate gas-flame furnace, and the second is executed in the form of a separate electric furnace lined by carbonic materials or in combination with refractory minerals. The duct is located in the upper part of the fusion, and the graphite electrodes of the second working chamber are mounted above the surface of fusion and vertically relative to it with, at least, one degree of freedom along the axis of electrode.
