Abstract

A furnace of gas-generator solid fuel boiler has pyrolysis chamber with means for loading fuel and for supply of primary air, and chamber for combustion of pyrolized gas. The burner device is installed between the pyrolysis chamber and chamber for combustion of pyrolized gas. Ventilator in forced way supplied air to pyrolysis chamber and to burner device. The furnace is arranged by circuit of upper burning as a hollow body that is separated with fire grate to pyrolysis chamber that is placed in the upper part of the body and the ash pit that is placed in the lower part of the body. The burner device is installed in the upper part of the pyrolysis chamber and has means for supply of secondary air. The fire grate has sections inclined to side of the central section, those are arranged along the front and the back wall of the pyrolysis chamber. The central section of the fire grate is arranged as convex upwards, at that the inclined section placed along the front wall of the pyrolysis chamber is arranged as a hollow box with means for air supercharge there and with slot nozzle placed over the central section of the fire grate. Over the inclined section near the back wall of the pyrolysis chamber a cover is provided, with outlet opening at the inlet to the burner device. The furnace design allows increasing efficiency and decreasing harmful outbursts to environment.
