Abstract

A method for increasing the efficiency of cultivation of carp fingerlings includes application of organic and mineral fertilizers in the nursery ponds, their stocking by larvae and young fish feeding by artificial and natural foods. 4-5 days before stocking of nursery ponds with larvae in partially uploaded ponds is added Daphnia magna stock culture in the amount of 0.1-1.0 kg/ha of pure culture and 100-300 g/ha of compressed baker's yeast. During the vegetation season along with daily feeding with artificial foods every 1-3 days is performed carp fingerlings feeding with important zooplankton with D. Magna. The daily amount of natural food should be 2-5% of the weight of artificial feed.
