Abstract
The invention relates to the treatment of industrial and waste water, particularly to the methods for the biological aerobic purification of water from organic substances by microorganisms of active sludge, and can be used for stabilization of work of biological sewage disposal plants with the use of aerotanks. The task of the invention – providing of stable work of aerotank, increasing of its oxidizing ability, support of sludge index at specification level, the elimination of the process of active sludge foaming and achievement of optimal development of biocenosis of microorganisms of active sludge. The process for stabilization of aerotank work is proposed, consisting of reagent treatment of water-sludge mixture before the secondary settler by magnesium salt and calcium hydroxide, at mass ratio of magnesium and calcium ions of 1: (1.1-1.3) and at рН 9.0-10.0, and regeneration of reverse sludge with its repeating treatment (3-4 times in a month) for 1-1.5 days by calcium hydroxide at pH 10.5-11.5. The realization of the proposed process provides high degree of water purification by BCK (10-25 mg О2/dm3), support of the sludge index at the level of 85-100 cm3/g and optimal species composition of microorganisms of active sludge with the elimination in it of the development process of thread bacteria and fungi.
