Abstract
An organic wastewater treating apparatus that attains not only safe assured purification of sewage, night soil and other organic wastewater but also reduction of wastewater treatment cost. There is provided an organic wastewater treating apparatus comprising biological treatment tank (2) adapted to mix an aerobic microbe into a raw water containing organic matter to thereby perform biological treatment; coagulant mixing means (3) adapted to mix a silicon coagulant into the microbe-containing raw water after the biological treatment; and solid liquid separation tank (4) for solid liquid separation of the raw water having the silicon coagulant mixed therein, namely, into sludge and discharged water.
