Abstract

The invention relates to the field of rocket technology and can be used at development of accelerating units of carrier rockets. The technical result of the invention is the reduction of weight of the accelerating unit and increase of its adaptability. The essence of the invention is to improve a design-layout scheme of accelerating unit of a carrier rocket comprising an instrument compartment with instruments, a main engine, thrusters, cylinders and a fuel compartment made in the form of a single container consisting of two tanks, one of which is conical and separated from the other by a combined bottom. The improvement is achieved through the combined design of the upper bottom of fuel compartment and formed by a part of the upper bottom of conical tank made, for example, in the form of a truncated cone of revolution, and by the upper bottom of another tank made spherical. At the same time, the instrumentation compartment is designed as an annular recess formed by the upper combined bottom and a power shell made in the form of a truncated cone of rotation and connected by the minor base to ribs at the intersection of the major base of conical tank and the base of upper combined bottom. The main engine is fastened on the minor base of conical tank, and cylinders are located in the annular recess.
