Abstract
The method for producing biogas in production of organic-mineral fertilizers includes grinding of vegetable biomass, anaerobic digestion of ground vegetable biomass mixed with animal waste products, evacuation of generated biogas and utilization of the used biomass for production of organic-mineral fertilizers. Mixing the ground vegetable biomass with animal waste products is carried out in the first reactor-fermenter in absence of air; the mixing and heating of the vegetable biomass mixed with animal waste products are continuously carried out in the first reactor-fermenter at that. The evacuation of the generated biogas into the tank and pumping of the used part of vegetable biomass mixed with animal waste products are carried out into the second reactor-fermenter where its settlement and final collection of biogas from decaying fermentation are carried out. A part of vegetable biomass mixed with animal waste products is fed from the second reactor-fermenter to the rotary device where it is ground, following which the ground vegetable biomass mixed with animal waste products is fed to the first reactor-fermenter. The used cooled part of vegetable biomass mixed with animal waste products is forwarded to the accumulating reactor where the process of its disinfection occurs at a temperature of 98-110 °C, following which the process of production of organic-mineral fertilizers is carried out.
