Abstract

The invention relates to sea physical, ecological and technical investigations. Optical sensor of roughness in liquid provides evaluation of spectrum of capillary roughness in frequency range that is set by value of working section of sensor. To exclude effect of large-scale waves is has float system that provides flotation of sensor. The invention makes it possible to use the sensor for evaluation of capillary roughness in open water reservoirs.
