Abstract

The present invention relates to rolling engineering. A method of sheet-metal rolling is carried out on a three-stand reversing mill within six passes. While rolling in one direction the reduction degree of in the first pass is set up to 20 %, in the second pass it is increased by 2 times, while in the third one it is decreased by 10 %. During rolling downstream of the reverse the reduction degree in fourth and fifth passes is set to 40 %, while the sixth one was reduced by 10 %. The invention provides reduction of cost, as well as achieving the total deformation up to 90 % that allows full use of plasticity, the thickness of rolled strip can reach 0.1 ÷ for low-carbon steel without reducing its quality.
