Abstract

Method for control of municipal services consumed relates to control-measuring engineering. In the method simultaneously with determination of quantity of services consumed one measures signals of quality of those services. Ranges of changes of quality signals are divided into areas that correspond to quality levels with respective set boundaries. At changes of quality signals in time between the instants of intersection by quality signals of set boundaries one forms time sections. Amounts of services consumed at sections with same quality are added, stored with determination of sum of products of total amount of services consumed at sections with same quality by given coefficients that correspond to sections with respective level of quality with following storage of the sum. The method provides increase of quality of control of consumed municipal services.
