Abstract

A two-circuit panel heat exchanger with twin liquid jackets has the upper and the lower panel heat exchangers with twin liquid jackets. The lower heat exchanger is installed on the basis and is arranged as two vessels for liquid heating, those consist of the inner and the outer liquid jackets arranged as hollow panels volumes of which are connected to each other in the lower and the upper sections with tubes in such way that gas channel is between those. The vessels are connected in the lower part in such way that an angle α is set between the planes of those, and in the upper part volumes of the vessels are connected to outlet collector by pipelines. To the lower heat exchanger a like one upturned by 180°, upper heat exchanger with inlet collector is installed. The vessels of the upper heat exchanger in the upper part are connected by pipelines to vessels of the lower heat exchanger in the lower part. Over the gas channels of the vessels deflector for takeoff of worked-out gases is installed, and under gas channels of the vessels separation wedge is installed.
