Abstract

The invention relates to heat power engineering and can be used in devices for heating and fluid heating. A two-circuit conical heat exchanger with double liquid jackets is arranged as base, the upper and the lower heat exchangers with liquid jackets, deflector for discharge of worked-out gases. At that the lower heat exchanger is installed on the base and is arranged as vessel for fluid heating, this consists of inner liquid jacket formed by two conical and circular and round surfaces and outer liquid jacket formed by two conical and circular surfaces installed in such way that the outer conical surface of the inner liquid jacket and the inner conical surface of the outer liquid jacket form circular gas channel. The volumes of the inner and the outer liquid jackets in the lower and the upper parts are connected to each other by channels and in the upper section of the outer liquid jacket outlet branch pipe is installed, from above the lower conical heat exchanger the upper conical heat exchanger with similar configuration is installed, this is turned upwards by 180°. The volumes of the lower and the upper conical heat exchangers through openings in round surfaces are connected to each other by pipeline, and in the lower section of the lower conical heat exchanger a gas separation cone is installed. Utilization of the invention makes it possible to increase a lot surface of heat transfer, to exclude completely use of high-temperature heat insulation materials.
