Abstract
The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy. Frolov’s metallurgical unit for producing of iron-carbon alloys comprises the reduction bath of high pressure, which from above is connected with supply channels of coal and iron-ore mix, with sides are connected with supply channels of fuel-oxidizing mix, and from below reduction bath of high pressure is directly connected both to the one or several regulates of temperature and pressure and with bath of formation of iron carbonyls, which sides are connected with chambers of low pressure, which are withdrawal channels of iron carbonyls to device for continuous extraction of iron-carbon dust and carbon oxide, which channels through device of pressure increase are connected with supply channels of fuel-oxidizing mix, in addition, from below provides connections of reduction bath of high pressure with slag bath. The invention allows to increase process efficiency, in particular, at steel production.
