Abstract
The invention relates to refractory industry and to refractory compound for production of monolithic linings of heat aggregates with working temperature to 1700 °C, in particular, induction channel and crucible furnaces. Compound comprises, weight %: electromelted emery of fraction 3- – 54.0-58.0; floured mixture of alumina with quartz-containing additive – 31.0-34.0; silicon carbide with the content of SiC, not less than 97 %, with the predominant size of particles of 0.5- – 3.5-6.5; and orthophosphoric acid – 5.5-7.5.
