Abstract
The invention relates to refractory industry, namely to the compositions of refractory sealant mass for the production of monolithic linings of heat aggregates with the temperature of work to 1700 °С, particularly of core induction and crucible furnaces. The sealant mass of increased resistant to the slag melt contains, mass %: 54-58 of electromelted corundum of fraction 3-; 34-39 of finely ground alumina mixture with quartziferous additive; 0.5-1.5 of metallurgical chrome oxide with СrОcontent, not less than 98 %, and size of particles less than ; 5.5-7.5 of orthophosphoric acid.
