Abstract
An airheater of a blast furnace has a filling chamber 6 and a combustion chamber 4 in the bottom part of which a ceramic burner is set, it also has a gas 9 and the air chamber 10, separated by a partition 13, and channels for feeding the gas and air, at that the combustion and filling chambers are interconnected in a cupola part of the air heater, air heater inlets (fittings) 19 of combustion air and fuel gas 18 to the ceramic burner, inlet of cold air blast 21 and outlet of hot air blast 22 and exhaust combustion products. The ceramic burner comprises a prechamber 1 having vertical side walls 12, which at the top near the outlet from the prechamber 1 form clamping 3. The bottom 2 of prechamber is made in the form of a hemisphere and in which the through output channels 14, 15, 16 and 17 are made, some of which are connected with the gas 9, while the other - with the air chamber 10, and they are made with a possibility to supply gas and air directly into the prechamber 1.
