Abstract
Изобретение относится к металлургии, к конструкциям бесшахтных воздухонагревателей доменных печей. Бесшахтный воздухонагреватель включает цилиндрическую камеру 1 с насадкой 2, расположенный над насадкой 2 купол 3, имеющий цилиндрическую часть 4, а также расположенную над цилиндрической частью 4 сужающуюся часть 5 и расположенную над сужающейся частью 5 цилиндрическую горловину 6, сообщающуюся с расположенной над куполом форкамерой 7. В боковых стенках 8 форкамеры 7 размещены каналы 9, 10 и 11, 12 подачи соответственно воздуха и газа в форкамеру 7. Бесшахтный воздухонагреватель выполнен с отношением диаметра Dцилиндрической горловины 6 к диаметру Dцилиндрической части 4 купола 3, находящемся в пределах от 0,31 до 0,41. Технический результат заключается в устранении условий возникновения пульсаций горения и повышении полноты сгорания газа.The invention relates to metallurgy, to designs of shaftless stoves of blast furnaces. The shaftless air heater includes a cylindrical chamber 1 with a nozzle 2, a dome 3 above the nozzle 2, a cylindrical part 4, and a converging part 5 above the cylindrical part 4 and a cylindrical mouth 6 located above the converging part 5, communicating with the prechamber 7 located above the dome. In the side walls 8 of the prechamber 7, channels 9, 10 and 11, 12 are placed, respectively, of supplying air and gas to the prechamber 7. The shaftless air heater is made with the ratio of the diameter of the D cylindrical neck 6 to the diameter at the cylindrical part 4 of the dome 3, ranging from 0.31 to 0.41. The technical result is to eliminate the conditions for the occurrence of combustion pulsations and increase the completeness of gas combustion.
