Abstract

The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to plasma technology of solid-phase reduction of iron-containing agglomerate. A method for producing iron-containing material with direct reduction in reactor of solid-phase reduction comprises the loading of hot pellets into reactor, which have been subject screening after stage annealing of conveyor machine for annealing and opposite circulating reducing gas in temperature intervals 850-1000 °C, at that said gas contains hydrogen and carbon monoxide, which is obtained by heating and transformation of hydrocarbons by means of oxygen-containing gas in volume of gas-generator by effect on them plasma jets, reduction of pellets at temperature more than 500 °C, continuous unloading of them with subsequent or screening or briquetting, and cooling of obtained iron-containing material to 100 °C. Technical result: claimed invention allows to increase efficiency of process, to lower operational consumptions, to improve quality of finished product and to reduce technological waste.
