A method comprises the inspection of pregnant woman and analysis of inspection results, at that at the inspection the blood sampling is performed from the vein of pregnant woman in 6-8 weeks of pregnancy, biochemical indexes are determined, the prognostic coefficient is assigned to the each index depending on its value, coefficients are summarized, and if the value of total coefficient is from +6 to +25 the fetal development of fetus locomotor apparatus pathology is prognosticated, if the value is from +4 to +5 – the presence of pathology development risk, from +3 to -16 - development of pathology is excluded.
