The method provides a more accurate prediction of the development of late gestosis of pregnancy. To do this, in the peripheral venous blood of pregnant women, starting from 29 weeks of gestation, determine the content of B-lymphocytes, carrying on its surface structures that react with trophoblastic beta 1 -glycoprotein. With an indicator of 18% or more, the development of late gestosis of pregnancy is predicted. The proposed method allows with high accuracy to predict the development of late gestosis of pregnancy before the appearance of clinical signs of pathology. This allows you to carry out a complex of preventive measures aimed at preventing the development of late gestosis, to determine the tactics of treatment of a pregnant woman.
