Abstract

A test bench for simulation of aero-gas-dynamic processes at working areas of mines includes a scale model of the section of mine, air ducts, fan, sensors and control system. At that the model of the working area is arranged as a platform that can be deflected by angle from 0° to 60° with respect to horizontal plane, there a rectangular box is placed, this is filled with milled coal lumps. To one end of the box a wind channel is connected, at its outlet a fan is installed, and to the other one – a discharge pipe, besides that to the wind channel a vessel for methane gas is connected, and in the box and in the discharge pipe sensors for measurement of parameters of aerodynamical processes are installed.
